  1. As you know, SE1 will consist of writing a letter. In anticipation, the coming weeks will feature several 'oefenbrieven'. We will start off with a letter to Debby. Bring your printed finished product to your next class. Either your teacher will ask for it to be handed in, or your teacher will discuss the letter in class.

  1. Watch this clip and answer the question below.
  2. Why is manufacturing a comfortable seat for F1 cars such a problematic procedure?
3. Extreme sport A4.
  1. Continue work in groups on your coloured A4. The page should at least contain a title, an explanation of your extreme sport, a drawn picture of the activity, and a first-person account of a person doing the activity. The work should be your own; in other words, don't copy anything off the Internet.
4. WRTS.
  1. Head to WRTS and start practicing the words for the tussentoets on September 27th. They are: all vocab from Stepping Stones Theme 1 (E-N, N-E), all irregular verbs, and the handout up to and including page 130.
